The rich black TK velvet and china silk liner. This cloak attaches around neck with a clasp that is easy for little kids to do themselves. Has attached hood for more dramatic effect!  These come in two sizes. Small/Medium and it will fit a child between the ages of 1-5 years and measures 28 inches from neckline to hem. Large/XLarge which will fit a child between the ages of 5-9 years and measures 32 inches from neckline to hem. We also carry this in an adult size, so adults can dress up with their kids!
